We charge an application fee of $50 per applicant, a deposit of $300, and an administration fee of $150. The application fee is non-refundable upon application, the deposit and admin fee are non-refundable upon approval.

This property accepts many forms of income to qualify for a rental. This includes the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Please check with the agency who issued your voucher for more details and to determine if it will cover the rent on the apartment you are interested in. We offer flexible lease terms from 3 to 13 months.

Residents are responsible for heat, electricity, water, sewer, and trash. Costs are variable dependent on usage and/or bill back. Utility processing fee = $3.50 per month.

We offer parking spaces in our heated underground garage for $160/month on a first-come, first-served basis. On-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We are a 100% smoke-free community.

We offer an extensive list of services for residents, including a package room, online rent payment, on-site maintenance, 24 hour emergency maintenance, professional on-site management and more.

Furnished apartments are not available, but Bigos Management is happy to point you in the right direction for local furniture options.

Corporate housing is available for an added fee. Please contact the Property Manager for more details.

Each of our homes are cable and internet ready. Residents are responsible for setting up and paying for services.

You are required throughout the term of your lease to purchase and maintain a renters personal liability policy with liability coverage of $100,000.

While we only require personal liability insurance, we highly recommend you obtain coverage for your personal property as well.
